Carol L. Austin

Carol began working with the firm in 2004, and upon graduation from law school in 2010, became a partner in the firm. Carol handles the firm's litigation practice and has successfully litigated numerous bench and jury trials throughout the years. Carol also routinely appears in court on motions and other pretrial matters. Throughout her practice, Carol has obtained multiple six figure settlements on behalf of clients for personal injury matters.

In addition to managing the firm's litigation, Carol routinely assists clients with negotiating and interpreting business contracts, commercial lease agreements, real property and business closings.
